Fear of sleep

Can't sleep... the nightmares. Another night has passed by and I struggle to find sleep. Will the nightmares and screams end? WHen will I find peace?

Him...all about him...all about whatever he has done to me. I relive those moments in my dreams. IS there help for this? someone know anything?

How can I make them stop....Im tired of reliving them, refeeling what I felt during those times...
